Fox & Bow - Red Hill

The space was fabulous, busy, vibrant. Take lots of warm clothing if sitting outside away from the heated section. The food was very nice. We were there on a Sunday and had the outdoor menu. Pulled meats in rolls. Delicious. Great for singles, couples, families, groups of friends. Outside tables, wheelchair friendly. Inside spaces were busy and very tight, as were outside "warmed" spaces. Staff were friendly. Coffee needed to be hot, it was on the cool side. Apart from that minor inconvenience, it was a nice way to spend Sunday lunch time.

Gladly surprised in visiting this place for the first time on a sunny Autumn Sunday morning Service was remarkably quick and food was very good There is plenty of space inside and outside, meaning this is a good place to go all year round The quality of the food was excellent. No cheap ingredients and a bit of a Spanish twist on Aussie brunch classics egg Benedict or eggs on toast as per photos below Will return

Our recent Tuesday lunch visit to F&B far exceeded expectations, earning a resounding five-star rating. The beef brisket hollandaise was a standout, perfectly complemented by the congee with chicken skewers my partner ordered. Both dishes were exceptionally well-prepared and thoroughly enjoyed. To combat the Canberra winter chill, we also indulged in their hot chocolate, which proved to be the ideal warm accompaniment. The inviting breakfast and coffee menu (The presence of a V60 pour-over option is always a significant plus, showcasing a cafe's dedication to the art of coffee) has already piqued our interest, making a return visit for breakfast a near certainty. We highly recommend F&B for an outstanding dining experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the coffee had a delightful aroma. The location was ideal, adding to the overall charm. However, I did notice a slight cleanliness issue - there were water cups with dirt residue, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, the pathway to the restroom felt a bit sticky underfoot, suggesting it could use a thorough cleaning. Despite this, I found it to be a good local cafe overall.

I thought I put the fox and bow Farrer on GPS but for somehow google led me here Spanish eggs was still good and coffee was fantastic. I prefer the vibes at red hill as well

I recently had lunch here with two friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. My fish and chips were crispy and fresh. We ate inside as it was cool and windy but there is a pleasant outdoor area. Staff were pleasant. 4.8 ⭐
